Making a Will

Making a Will is the best way to ensure final wishes are honoured.  It can also be a great comfort to know a clear Will can take some of the stress out of a very distressing situation.

A legal Will can help estate matters progress be resolved through:

 

  • Early distribution of the estate

  • Distribution of things like superannuation in line with the wishes of the deceased

  • Management of the estate by an executor chosen by the deceased.
